Tonight's menu!

Hawaiian Baked Leg Quarters, Salmon stuffed with crab meat, steamed broccoli and cauliflower and pan boiled golden potatoes!

Yessssssss, GET IN MY BELLY!!! It was super yummy!

What I did:

Butter the bottom of 11x7 pan Place sliced lemons on bottom Salmon on top, slice down the middle, season with your choice flavor, fill in with crab meat, season more, leave butter over the stuffed salmon Bake at 350 for 25 minutes or broil for 15 minutes

Boom!

The baked leg quarters were absolutely divine as well as the potatoes, broccoli and cauliflower.
